Due to the complex logistics of cross-border transport and the strict temperature and hygiene controls required for medical materials, our voluntary 14-day return policy is limited to domestic orders within Poland. We are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for items shipped internationally, as we cannot reinstate them into our sterile stock once they have left our controlled distribution network.
