Contact in these matters is also possible through traditional correspondence to the administrator's address with the note "Personal Data Protection."

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection.

Purposes, Legal Basis, and Retention Period of Personal Data Processing:

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Execution of Sales or Service Agreement: Personal data provided by you will be processed for the performance of a sales contract or service – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract until the contract is completed and, after that, for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims - based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

  2. Direct Marketing: Until the execution of the contract or objection, in some cases (for example, if required by applicable law), we will ask for your consent to process your personal data before sending such information - based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

  3. Financial and Accounting: Processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations of tax law, for the period specified in the law, based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

  4. Defense against Claims and Assertion of Claims: Until the expiry of the limitation period for claims in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code - based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

Personal data is transferred to service providers used by SOLIMED to fulfill contracts concluded with you. Service providers to whom personal data are transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, either follow instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing of these data or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing.

Rights of Data Subjects:

You have the right to access your data and the right to:

  • rectify them,
  • delete them,
  • limit processing,
  • transfer data,
  • object,
  • withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

To withdraw your consent, please contact the customer service point by sending an email to the address provided above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fulfill obligations under the contracts concluded.
