II. Procedure for Placing and Fulfilling Orders

4. Orders can be placed:

   a) by adding the product to the cart and then clicking "Order." To complete the order procedure, a free user account is necessary, allowing customers to monitor the order status.

   b) by phone, using the contact number listed in the "CONTACT" section.

   c) via email, using the email address provided in the "CONTACT" section.

5. Correct provision of contact information, including a valid email address and phone number for order confirmation, is essential for order fulfillment.

6. Orders can be placed online or via email 24/7 throughout the year. Orders placed by phone are possible during the store's operating hours (refer to the "CONTACT" section). Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

7. If circumstances arise that prevent the complete or temporary fulfillment of an order, SOLIMED reserves the right to suspend the order and will promptly notify the customer of the situation.

8. Orders with incorrectly filled contact information will not be processed.

9. The information on the Solimed website does not constitute a seller's offer according to the Civil Code but an invitation for customers to make offers for purchase agreements.

10. The prices of products on the website www.solimed.pl are in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross prices) but do not include delivery costs.

11. SOLIMED issues a receipt or a VAT invoice for purchased goods. To receive a VAT invoice, correct company details, including the NIP (Tax Identification Number), must be provided.

12. The company offers mail order services, and there's an option for individual pickup of purchased items at the store in Wrocław (store opening hours are listed in the "CONTACT" section).

13. For medical practices within Wrocław, SOLIMED offers the option of delivering goods to a specified address after prior arrangement with our staff.

III. Complaints:

14. Complaints can be submitted via email to: sklep@solimed.pl along with a completed form available "HERE." The item must be returned with the complaint.

15. The returned item will be examined for defects described by the customer.

16. Solimed will process the complaint within 30 business days and inform the customer about its acceptance or rejection.

17. Customers can use alternative methods of complaint resolution and claims enforcement, including mediation.

IV. Right of Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement by Consumers:

18. Consumers who have entered into a sales agreement can withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused.

19. The withdrawal period begins from the moment the customer takes possession of the item.

20. Customers can withdraw from the sales agreement by submitting a statement to the seller. The statement can be submitted using the form available "HERE."

21. The right to withdraw from the sales agreement does not apply if the item is delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, and the package has been opened after delivery.
